Continuous Learning…Yuta Kato

One thing I have learned so far at iMADdu is that there is always an area for me to learn new skills or improve on existing one.  Therefore, I don’t think anyone can say that they have finished learning.  So far, I have learned about controlling time management, improving researching and social media skills.  By development these skills, I can use it for my future career when I become an entrepreneur or a consultant to help companies grow.

In particular, I believe that social media skills will be essential for any company or organization to grow and stay in business.  As more and more new Web 2.0 technologies are invented and introduced everyday, it is important for us to keep in track and test it out if you have the time.  I think the top 4 essential social media tools that you need to know and use for any businesses are Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.  If you haven’t learned to use all four, I would suggest you to go to their site and open an account.  All these accounts are free to activate and use it.  LinkedIn is starting to get hot as more employers are starting to use this social networking site to recruit and hire new employees.  In addition, they use this site to market and promote their businesses just like Facebook and Twitter.  As a result, continuous learning can help and improve the organization.  It can help by becoming better, stronger, faster, and more open to improvement.
