Keep a to-do list? Enjoy crossing things off your to-do list?’ Do you like to write things on your to-do list just to cross them off so you feel like you accomplished something that day? I am guilty of doing this…
Day by day and week by week, tasks are assigned. Tasks are assigned in a checklist-like fashion through a project manager program so there is not a single day that passes by without crossing something off “my to-do list.†For someone that loves to-do lists, this is extremely satisfying.
It may be extremely questionable why I would even need a to-do list for work I do every day. At iMADdu, assignments, projects, and tasks vary and the only thing that is an everyday routine is that you’ll be working on a task. Since each work day varies, falling into a mundane and predictable work schedule is unlikely. As an apprentice, we get to dip our feet in the waters that we would normally just walk past and open our eyes to new experiences. Thus, there is an increase in our capacity to learn while getting field experience.
While this may sound absolutely chaotic, with an efficiently working to-do list project manager program like the one used at iMADdu, things are actually well organized and easy to manage.
