iMADdu is an interesting organization. From its creative structure on how to teach students the real world aspects of business, to the innovative and amazing president that leads the organization. I continue to support the organization because I believe in its values and cause. iMADdu has potential to get big, from campus to campus. From a business standpoint, and as a business dual-major, I tend to think of “bigger†and “better†things to bring to every organization or company I work for. There’s a reason I’ve been promoted at every single job I’ve been employed at. I wish I had some sort of way to make iMADdu get bigger. I wish there were more passionate people like Mona who essentially fuel the organization to keep it afloat. Imagine iMADdu, being a domestic leader in Non-Profit Apprenticeship Services. It would be neat to travel to campuses all across the United States, seeing iMADdu being a part of their small business development centers. iMADdu has an outstanding cause, from developing students to be more aware of business procedures and policies, to aiding small businesses around the area. I want to see expansion develop hopefully in the near future. Mona is an excellent leader and full of innovative ideas to drive her organization. iMADdu would benefit greatly with a few more Mona’s on board. iMADdu is going to be highly recognized globally because of the drive she puts into her work. iMADdu in due time will get larger and more highly regarded when it comes to non-profits.
