I went to the gym for my routine workout and they were having an event for which they had put up an array of green and white balloons. Immediately I thought, “Hey, they’re copying iMADdu. Those are iMADdu’s colors!†That’s when it hit me. In a matter of weeks, I had subconsciously formed a sense of loyalty to iMADdu.
Brand loyalty comes to those that enjoy their job and the company they work for. Often times companies spend a lot of time and energy to build company loyalty with their employees. With iMADdu though, it looks like company loyalty comes naturally. Really, how can it not?
At iMADdu, the work that you do is actually useful and benefits the organization. You don’t do petty tasks that anyone off the street could do. Furthermore, Mona makes frequent check-ups to see how you are doing and she never misses an opportunity to compliment your work. The blend of feeling useful and having the organization care about you as a person is one of the biggest factors in company loyalty.
It also helps when you believe what the company stands for. In the Student Apprenticeship Program, each student will benefit from their time with iMADdu for the program makes an effort to provide students with the experiences that they seek and need to be successful.
As a student in the Student Apprenticeship Program with iMADdu, the satisfaction level and company loyalty level are both high. It’s a win-win situation for both me and iMADdu.
