I don’t like to give recommendations to future and upcoming employees/apprentices of any job because everyone has their own view and expectations. I will recommend things, but this will be based on what I see and what I notice. The main thing I would recommend to a future apprentice is to not be scared of the job or interview. Mona Anita Olsen is very caring and understands the workload on her apprentices. She is very intelligent and is always willing to help her apprentices at any given moment.
Something else I would recommend to future apprentices is to always stay positive in the office. Your facial expression and attitude in the office is very easily noticed and seen by others. Coming into work with a negative attitude or tired attitude (Which I currently am trying to fix) is not good towards the other staff and does not give a good impression to managers.
Learning how to manage your time wisely is the main thing I would recommend to future apprentices of iMADdu. iMADdu is partially remote and expects you to keep up with all work and assignments on a daily basis. I currently struggle with it outside of the office, but I get it all done here to help out the load of work I have at home. If you cannot manage your time properly at iMADdu, you will find it hard to keep up with daily tasks. Some of iMADdu’s projects are time consuming and require proper time management to be completed on time.
