What Have You Learned at iMADdu?…James Freeman

iMADdu has taught me plenty of things in the past 2 months; From how to be a team player to making a difference every day at work. iMADdu shows me that there are such work places that are actually fun to work at. I always had the bad feeling that I would dread every job I went to (Since I did in the past). iMADdu teaches me how to think properly. I come into work ready to go and take on the list of projects due the day I’m in the office.

I have also learned a lot about Non-Profits and how they operate. I am used to working under companies that are multi-million dollar companies. iMADdu is a small non-profit organization, which also explains why they care more about their employees than previous large companies I’ve worked for. I have learned that making a difference within the organization not only helps the organization, but helps you feel better on the inside. You feel that you’ve accomplished something every day you leave the office.

iMADdu has also taught me the ability to research properly. iMADdu gives me multiple research projects that teach me about all sorts of new technology and businesses that are essential to small organizations like iMADdu. Research is by far my favorite thing to do for iMADdu not only because I am helping iMADdu, but I am learning about new technologies and sites at the same time. iMADdu is an excellent organization if you are willing to learn.
