Knowing that you’re in the right job and/or workfield is a key to being able to succeed and enjoy succeeding in your career. Knowing you’re in the right job can take as long as weeks, but as short as the interview.
Being apart of “the right job” is a very hard thing to do. It takes a lot of time to know and realize that you’re in the right job. In an interview, interviewers ask you questions to see if you’re right for the job. This is where you’re supposed to ask questions and hope it’s the right job for you. A lot of people fail to ask questions, then get stuck in a job they aren’t interested in.
To know that you’re in the right job, you have to not think of work as work. I joined iMADdu because I thought it was a place where I took it as a hobby (which it is). I enjoy iMADdu and everything about it, from the atmosphere, to the unique green colors. I don’t come to iMADdu with a frown on my face, or thinking in my head Tuesday night’s “Oh geez I have to go to work tomorrow”. I come to iMADdu Wednesday mornings thinking “How can I make a difference today?”
