I joined iMADdu for a variety of reasons. The most important reason I joined iMADdu was to gain hands-on experience with the area I’m interested in instead of just learning more about practical knowledge. iMADdu seems to have a powerful viewpoint on engaging their apprentices with real world experience and showing them what it’s like to be in an actual work place. iMADdu also works with small businesses and entrepreneurs; something that is of great interest to me. I want to be an entrepreneur after college, so gaining more knowledge of how small businesses operate is very important to me.
I joined iMADdu because I am still struggling to know what exactly I want to do. I feel that iMADdu will open up plenty of opportunities for me and provide me with multiple views on certain areas of business as well as the small business market as a whole. I am very interested in technology, but at the same time I am very interested in management. iMADdu will provide me with applied knowledge in both fields and will also provide me with a clearer path after college.
My final reason for joining iMADdu is to make a difference. I feel that being a part of a newly found Non-Profit Organization will enable me to not only help promote and build it, but help make it succeed. I wanted to work somewhere where I could make a positive impact and I believe iMADdu will not only give me that opportunity, but will push me to make an impact.
