As I stated in my previous blog post, experience is the only true knowledge there is, everything besides that is information. I want to take all the experience I have acquired over the years and use it to improve iMADdu. The unique concept about experience is that everyone will always have a different one. Now my experience comes from everywhere, my culture, the sports I played, my family, my friends, my major, the schools I have gone too, etc. By adding a new perspective, I can broaden the horizons and expand the areas of support at iMADdu. Specifically speaking as a biomedical engineer, I hope to help bring about more medical based projects.
Since it is a relatively new non-profit company, I hope to make it better known. I hope to inspire new interns with my resolve to change the world. If I do end up staying and working for this company, there are a few things I’d like to see happen. Hopefully, if we can bring in enough sponsor support over the summers, we could possibly expand our company to new locations. Perhaps, maybe someday this company will have its own building structure and will be known world-wide. But realistically speaking, most of those things happen over the course of ten to twenty years. The biggest impact I can make this summer is increase productivity.
