Most people see this company as a great non-profit organization, but I see it as something more, a company that believed in me. Â It is an organization that gave me a chance to prove myself despite having no business background. To me, it means the passion to learn and to give back to the community. It means to use our experiences to help better the community. For what good is knowledge, if cannot be used to help others?
A wise man by the name of Oscar Wilde once said, “Nothing worth knowing can be thoughtâ€. When I look at this quote, I see all my years of schooling gone out the window, but then I read between the lines. Perhaps I learned from the experience of it and maybe that’s what dictates intelligence itself. You cannot acquire this experience unless you leave your house and see the real world. iMADdu is giving me this opportunity, to gain experience, to truly acquire knowledge, and to improve myself.
iMADdu also certainly does live up to its slogan, “I make a difference, do you?†It did make a difference in my life and will continue too. I feel as if it is a door to many more great opportunities and all it took was one person to believe in me. Thank you iMADdu, now it’s my turn to make a difference.
