Joining iMADdu..Mohammed Rouijel

I was intrigued by iMADdu’s philosophy and what it stands for–bridging the gap between the academics and  the workplace caught my attention. There is no efficient way to learn but to have a hands-on experience and be challenged to get the best out of yourself.

iMADdu encourages mentorship that inspires and motivates the next generation of entrepreneurs. It offers an opportunity to be part of something while getting the skills needed to improve one’s knowledge and workplace sensitivity. Sharing the same mentality with iMADdu motivated me to join in, so I can test my knowledge and learn more in the course of a practical experience.

I came across the organization website through www.internships.com where I discovered a different kind of apprenticeship programs intended to educate and mentor students, giving them the chance to put into practice what was learned in academia and supplement that with a real life professional experience. I experienced that on my first day of work at iMADdu when I got involved in the HTHTN event. My knowledge turned into practice from the very first day.

Although a number of factors contributed to my decision to Join iMADdu, I feel that my involvement with the organization will improve my problem solving skills and strengthen my decision making and business relationships, all by the way intrinsic to a successful entrepreneur, the organization is oriented in empowering the next generation of entrepreneur by improving and polishing different set of skills through practice and experience. In addition, iMADdu has a diverse environment that allows one to make connection and to polish his/her intercultural communication skills.
